Our T-shirts & Co are produced sustainably under fair conditions by STANLEY STELLA. They are made from 100% organic cotton or 80%-100% sustainable cotton. Details can be found in the product description.
After ordering, these are then printed individually by our partner in Cologne using the digital direct printing process (DTG) and then sent directly to you.
The textiles are printed with environmentally friendly certified "Ökotex 100" ink.
Each order comes with a sheet of washing instructions . Since our textiles are printed individually after ordering and we want to offer fast shipping times, there are a few things to keep in mind when washing.
- Do not wash for the first time until 5 days after receipt
- Always wash inside out (print inside)
- Wash at a maximum of 30 degrees
- Do not tumble dry and iron inside out
- Our textiles are printed with environmentally friendly inks, which can cause a slight vinegary smell. This will disappear after the first wash.
Our Premium Organic Hoodies tend to run a little small, so if in doubt, it's better to order a size larger.
The men's premium organic shirts are a normal fit.
The women's premium organic shirts tend to be a little smaller and are fitted.

Delivery
The shipping costs are a flat rate of 4.99€.
Shipping is free for orders over 65€ .
Your order will usually be dispatched within 3-4 working days , but please note that the textiles must be printed before dispatch, so delays are to be expected in individual cases. If your delivery has not arrived after 10 working days or you have not received any shipping confirmation for your order, please send us an email to our service team: info@uwaldu.de . Please remember to include your customer number and/or order number.
Our products are shipped in sustainable paper packaging with the shipping service provider DHL as a parcel with tracking number from Germany
We currently ship to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. This email will take you to a shipping overview. Simply click on the DHL tracking number to see the current status of your order.
Return / Exchange
Basically, most of our products are made to order for you, which is why returns are very damaging to our young company.
However, since the satisfaction of our customers is very important to us, you can of course return your order within 30 days of receipt.
Please understand that we cannot cover the costs of returns.
We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost items during return shipment, so we recommend insured and trackable shipping with a tracking number.

Since most of our textiles are produced individually for you after you order them, we ask that you refrain from ordering multiple sizes to try on. This will not only be a favor to us, but also to the environment.
If the item you ordered does not fit you, you can of course exchange it within 30 days of receipt.

If your order was delivered incorrectly, we apologize for this.
Write us an email to info@uwaldu.de to report the incorrect delivery and please be sure to include your order number (e.g. #1234) so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.
We will then send you the correct item free of charge.
In this case, you may keep the incorrectly delivered product.
