If you would like to return a faultless product or exchange it for a different size, click here . (Please enter your order number (= #xxxx) without "#" in the following window)
- A return/exchange must be requested within 30 days (personalized items are excluded)
- The cost of return is borne by the customer ( We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost items during return, therefore we recommend insured and trackable shipping with a tracking number )
- The products must be unused, unwashed and in perfect condition
- Please make sure you use the correct return address (you can find this on the return slip)
Defective products
If you have received a damaged product either due to transport or due to a manufacturing defect ( e.g. printing ), we apologize. To report a faulty product, send us an email to info@uwaldu.de.
Please DO NOT send us the product back without requesting it!
- Please check the goods for defects immediately upon receipt
- A complaint must be submitted within 48 hours
- Please send us a picture of the defect
- Please note that the textile sizes have a tolerance of +/-3cm. If there are any larger deviations, please photograph them with a measuring tape attached.
- After checking the complaints department, we will get back to you.
